ลดความดันลูกตา

Lowering of IOP in patients w/ open-angle glaucoma or ocular HTN.

อาการข้างเคียงที่อาจเกิดขึ้นได้ / Adverse reactions

รูม่านตาสีเข้ม ขนตาหนา ยาว และสีเข้มขึ้น ระคายเคืองตา ปวดตา ปวดศีรษะ ผื่น อาการหอบกำเริบ

Increased iris pigmentation. Darkening, thickening & lengthening of eye lashes. Eye irritation: Stinging, burning & itching, hyperaemia, corneal disorders,conjunctivitis, blepharitis, eye pain, eadache, skin rash. Latanoprost: Ocular & resp disturbances, darkening of the palpebral skin. Timolol: Signs & symptoms of ocular irritation, CV disturbances. Asthma, asthma aggravation, acute asthma attack, dyspnoea (rare).
